BrainPower Your Sales  has been developed by combining neuroscience, brain profiles / thinking patterns, human connection and the Neurozone resilience brain-body system to assist entrepreneurs, finance professionals, real estate agents and sales teams to:

  • build a personal brand that is a sales magnet for clients / customers; and

Why “BrainPower Your Sales“?

Amongst multiple other businesses that we own, we also own a guesthouse in Centurion for 9 years. Surviving and thriving for almost a decade, and aso surviving during lockdown where the hospitality industry was one of the most impacted industries, taught us a lot about sales and marketing. We are not the fanciest or the most expensive nor are we the most affordable but we manage to get the guesthouse fully booked with little to no marketing effort.

We learned that the secret lies in the experience we create for the potential new guests and existing guests – how to effectively communicate to each guest in ‘their langauge’ – their thinking ‘language’. It however shouldn’t stop by converting the prospect into a guest / client / customer. Thereafter the same principles should be applied to convert the guest / client / customer into recurring business – building long-lasting relationships. Recurring business helps to save a lot on marketing effort / costs, increase turnover, increase cash flow and increase the bottom-line.

Understanding neuroscience and brain profiles / thinking patterns has helped us tremendously building multiple successful businesses over the years and with “BrainPower Your Sales” we want to help you to achieve that too.

CA(SA), Serial Entrepreneur & NeuroCoach

Ronel Jooste is a multi-award-winning serial entrepreneur who has started 5 businesses
in different industries – holistic wellness, business & financial consulting, training academy, guesthouse and property development & real estate agency. She is the author of the award-winning book ‘Financially Fit and Wealthy’. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and financial education and is using her extensive knowledge as a Chartered Accountant with two decades of experience to help individuals and entrepreneurs thrive financially.

As an internationally accredited NeuroCoach she is helping individuals to
discover and grow the leader within to achieve their full potential and live their best
lives. Ronel is an accredited whole-brain practitioner as well as a Neurozone resilience and high-performance practitioner. Having vast experience in senior leadership roles at large listed groups locally and internationally, Ronel adds tremendous value to leadership teams and
aspiring leaders.

Dr Marli Jooste

Psychological Behavioural Analyst & Mediator

Dr Marli Jooste holds a PhD degree in Psychology (with specific reference to the
emotional and psychophysiological markers of burnout among the leadership pipeline)
and is an accredited commercial and workplace mediator as well as an accredited whole-brain practitioner. She is a passionate personal growth activist that wishes to inspire and mobilize individuals on their unique wellness journey. She further facilitates conversations whether internally to encourage individual and personal growth, to create a deeper understanding between different parties and/or navigate through conflict or disputes. She favours combining transformative mediation with her background in psychology during conflict resolution, crucial conversations, coaching journeys and/or leadership development.

Other than being in private practice for more than 13 years, she co-owns PhysEQFiT
Wellness and PhysEQFiT Guesthouse. She has a national and international footprint across various industries within the human capital space, and therefore understands and appreciates the daily challenges, especially wearing numerous hats, combating the risk for burnout and optimizing psychological safety.
